KapitalHR is looking for one of its clients, from pharma industry, a Marketing Intelligence Manager, that is not only eager to translate CRM data, findings and insights into briefings and directions for the marketing team and directly managing the loyalty-program-part of the business, but also well equipped with technical skills in order to be able to take advantage of online opportunities.

Main tasks:

– developing patient loyalty programs while being responsible for implementation of CRM programs and activities.

– conducting analyses and reports for understanding the market and competition as well as understanding consumer / patient behavior in pharmaceutical retail.

– understanding and attracting clients by coordinating, consolidating and integrating all patient-related information from sales, marketing, trade-marketing, market, competition, online, social media departments, with selected responsiblity of execution of programs (CRM).

– implementing Direct Marketing activities (mail, sms, etc.). and campaigns (up-sell, cross-sell, retention).

– developing data collection flows from direct contact points with patients, as well as gathering information on competition and the market.

– providing retail audit reports.

Senior Digital Sales

Kapital HR, is currently seeking for one of its clients, a well known mass-media company with a vast experience on Romanian market, a person to occupy the role of Senior Digital Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Selling the digital advertising inventory of the company’s websites to media agencies and advertisers;

Communicate directly with clients and agencies to provide reporting, answer questions, and ensure KPIs are met;

Execute all aspects of assigned digital campaigns;

Own delivery of digital campaigns and sponsorship;

Run weekly meetings with the sales team, as well as other internal teams, to showcase results and optimization recommendations for digital campaigns;

Manage monthly billing and reconciliation for digital campaigns;

Work on adhoc projects to improve the efficiency and growth of business, which can include: pricing & packaging, reporting & insights;

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in one of the following areas: digital media planning experience at an agency/publisher, experience working with a sales team/managing client expectations

The Tech Manager:
Has a technical administrative role over the platform
Input in product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Oversees all the technical aspects of platform developments and improvements
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Responsible to run tests of the platform: security, high-performance stress etc
Assures good communication flow with the maintenance & development team (Ascend Net & HPM)
Makes sure that all the minor errors & bugs are fixed in proper time (according to SLA)

Principalele responsabilitati vor fi:

Identifica oportunitatile de promovare;

Propune si dezvolta initiative de promovare a brand-ului in acord cu asteptarile precizate de companie;

Dezvolta campanii şi strategii de marketing pentru promovarea pe diferite website-uri, produsele si serviciile comercializate.

Testeaza, verifica si imbunatateste conţinutul web conform regulilor de optimizare pentru motoarele de căutare;

Evalueaza rezultatele campaniilor promotionale;

Creeaza si implementeaza strategii si planuri de marketing la nivel national;

Monitorizeaza derularea si rezultatele actiunilor de promovare si marketing;

Organizeaza, coordoneaza si controleaza diverse activitati destinate departamentului de marketing;

Raporteaza conducerii statusul actiunilor de marketing aflate in derulare;

Efectueaza studii si analize ale pietei, tinand cont de obiectivele comunicate de companie.

Cerinte:

Minim 5 ani in marketing digital
Limba engleza nivel B2 sau C1
O buna cunoastere a retelelor sociale si a modului in care acestea pot fi integrate in campanii de promovare
