The company growth is driven by our technical and digital landscape and the ability to continuously improve and build our platforms. They are developing tools and applications that allow for the gathering, storing, structuring, and processing of all the data required for a product to be on sale on the platform.

They are working on a microservice architecture sustained by Docker and orchestrated by Kubernetes. Many microservices are written with Java and NodeJS and our frontend consists of VueJS and React constructs, all hosted on Google Cloud Platform and data sourced from PostgreSql and/or Google Datastore.

Your main mission:

– Develop applications and dashboards using PowerBI, according to existing specifications or the business requests;

– Create various reports from our existing datasource in PostgreSql, or Google Datastore;

– Improve existing PowerBI application performance by optimizing script/interface;

– Maintain and debug existing PowerBI applications;

– Research new technologies, build Proof of Concepts and implement latest/best trends in Business Intelligence;

– Keep in touch with the Product Owner and the development team on all aspects of the project progress;

– Ensure good communication with the project beneficiaries;

– Build/maintain documentation for new/existing applications or processes in the team’s ownership.

Your main mission:

– Act as point of contact between business stakeholders and internal technical teams from the requirements management perspective;

– Ensure good communication with all stakeholders;

– Build/maintain documentation for applications or processes in the team’s ownership;

– Support Product Owner in Product Backlog prioritisation;

– Propose prioritisation adjustment based on the value to the business;

– Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all;

– Detail features in the form of epics and user stories;

– Understand and prioritise technical and defect stories;

– Define Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Ready/Done.

Marketing Intelligence Manager

KapitalHR is looking for one of its clients, from pharma industry, a Marketing Intelligence Manager, that is not only eager to translate CRM data, findings and insights into briefings and directions for the marketing team and directly managing the loyalty-program-part of the business, but also well equipped with technical skills in order to be able to take advantage of online opportunities.

Main tasks:

– developing patient loyalty programs while being responsible for implementation of CRM programs and activities.

– conducting analyses and reports for understanding the market and competition as well as understanding consumer / patient behavior in pharmaceutical retail.

– understanding and attracting clients by coordinating, consolidating and integrating all patient-related information from sales, marketing, trade-marketing, market, competition, online, social media departments, with selected responsiblity of execution of programs (CRM).

Senior Digital Sales

Kapital HR, is currently seeking for one of its clients, a well known mass-media company with a vast experience on Romanian market, a person to occupy the role of Senior Digital Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

Selling the digital advertising inventory of the company’s websites to media agencies and advertisers;

Communicate directly with clients and agencies to provide reporting, answer questions, and ensure KPIs are met;

Execute all aspects of assigned digital campaigns;

Own delivery of digital campaigns and sponsorship;

Run weekly meetings with the sales team, as well as other internal teams, to showcase results and optimization recommendations for digital campaigns;

Manage monthly billing and reconciliation for digital campaigns;

Work on adhoc projects to improve the efficiency and growth of business, which can include: pricing & packaging, reporting & insights;

Requirements:

The Tech Manager:
Has a technical administrative role over the platform
Input in product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
Oversees all the technical aspects of platform developments and improvements
Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Responsible to run tests of the platform: security, high-performance stress etc
